Port forwarding on Windows 7

Good evening gentlemen.
There is such a network configuration. The “server computer” is connected to the Internet via PPPoE. Distributes the Internet via Wi-Fi. Closed WPA2 Ad-hoc connection. Operating system Windows 7 Professional x86.
On the "client computer" Apache Tomcat 7 is installed, configured on port 8086. The computer is also running "seven".
Can you please tell me how to properly forward ports so that Tomcat is visible from the outside world?

@hf35

Setting up Internet Sharing (ICS) will help you. In the properties of the PPPoE connection - the “Access” tab

@Zamorozka

If your Server Computer has a static IP address and the provider has an open incoming connection to port 80, then it's as easy as shelling pears.
Set up a forward from server port 80 to client port 8086, well, of course, you need to know the client IP, for example, forward from 80 to 192.168.0.2:8086 (if we say 192.168.0.2 client IP).
And the whole thing is configured in the console of the router on the server.
