Wifi disappears on linux ubuntu. How to solve the problem?

After a few minutes of using the laptop, all wifi networks disappear and do not appear.
I was looking for a solution on the sites - it did not help (namely, disabling the quick start mode in the BIOS, disabling the function in Windows 10 that blocks the adapter).
OS - Linux Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
If I need to add something - write, I will immediately add information

Your antenna may be out. A weak signal is received and the wifi module works at maximum power, trying to shout to allegedly distant access points. As a result of such hard work, the wifi module overheats and turns off.
To check this, try plugging a Wifi adapter into a $10 USB port.
