Who knows the solutions for renting a ready-made virtual workstation for full use (with a video card, etc.)?

Interested in a ready-made solution for workstations is akin to how you can rent a ready-made server with the required OS preinstalled and the necessary hardware parameters. So that if you have good Internet, but a weak laptop, you can rent a ready-made remote "PC" for GTA5 / The Witcher / workplace with virtual machines and a bunch of heavy software (actually, I'm primarily interested in the last point). And to have access to all this from different places, even from mobile devices with Wi-Fi on the road.
I understand that, perhaps, such solutions are not in great demand, and for some it will seem like an unnecessary whim, but you never know. I was able to google only solutions that were somewhat close to this, but obviously sharpened specifically for business use, so I turn to the community with this question.

Google something like Cloud VDI. This is quite a demanded service, although I do not fully understand its meaning.

It seems like one of the giants planned such a service. A la: "Playing with a calculator in GTA5."
But if they haven't finished it yet, if the project has died down.
Renting servers with video cards was popular during the heyday of bitcoin, now everything seems to have calmed down too.
Specifically, on your question, I have not seen ready-made solutions and have not even heard of them.

If you remove games, take any powerful server with windows and work remotely on it via RDP
