Who knows a third-party volume mixer for windows with hotkeys for switching the output device for a single application?

I listen to music in the browser from the speakers, when I switch to headphones I would like one mountain. key to change the output device for the browser. By default, for all other sounds, I use the 3rd device and it is always on.
Ideally, there would be an application that changes the output device of the microphone on the "Listen" tab
