How to redirect sound to another computer?

As part of the week of getting rid of wires

Now I have Linux. I'd like to hook up a nettop to an amplifier and hide the system under a table, thus creating a wireless audio system that can be accessed via my home wi-fi. The question is how to organize the management of this system from a working laptop.

You can set up a remote desktop, run the player on the nettop and control it remotely.
Pros: Muzyaka will continue to play even if the laptop is taken away from home.
Cons:
not only the player makes sounds;
I would not want to lose the voice acting of Skype, browser and other applications;
and indeed, this is a stupid solution to the problem;
in case of problems with the laptop (fell behind the sofa, the battery has run out), it will not be possible to quickly silence the sound.

I would like to somehow learn how to switch the output of all sound to the sound card of a remote computer. How can I do that?

I'm not considering buying a wireless sound box. It costs like a nettop, but cannot solve other problems.

another option en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enlightened_Sound_Daemon , although it is old, but earlier, with the same problem, it saved. I don't know how it is now.

Thanks for JACK, it's cross-platform, what you need!

Why not just connect the output from one to the input of the other with a cable? And there programmatically output sound from the microphone.
