Is there a virtual machine in nature with network diagnostics for vulnerabilities?

I want to file a virtual machine on the network of one of the clients to collect vulnerabilities. Preferably with a regularly updated database. Both commercial solutions and free ones are interesting. Finding holes in everything you can.
note: the network is growing dynamically and part of it is not available for me to manage (local admins). you need to monitor the installation of new pieces of iron and their holes.
You can of course not a virtual machine, but the final product is always more interesting. also interesting are the options for the bases on which the scan is being carried out (perhaps there are services for their sale)

Install Kali Linux. There is, for example, Metasploit, a great thing, the database is updated regularly.

My God, so many answers and not a single normal one.
Take OpenVAS. On the site they have a ready-made virtual machine.
Yes, it needs to be sharpened a little with a file and put some packages (inside debian).
Works properly. It is better to update the database of vulnerabilities from the console.

There are specialized distributions for security assessment , and where you will put them - on a virtual machine, or on bare metal, these are your personal problems.

Install VDS, deploy Nessus. Free for a trial period, or for limited home use. Looking for holes in everything.
