How do site copy scripts work?

Today in the working group I received a link to some instructions, which says that they say you can install some kind of script on your domain, specify the site address and they say you can directly copy everything from any site. They also gave a link to this script, everything that I could find out without going directly to the link, it leads to the Yandex disk, which contains the zip archive.
A screenshot was attached to the instructions.

I started to google, I came across a service that offers to buy a similar script for 3890 rubles.
What it is? How it works? What is this for?

They also have DDoS protection, how does the channel fall? Have you tried writing to them?
