Good day, friends. Question: does the media player play a role in the OS? Will the audio quality be higher if I install some third-party player, or can I stay on the standard one and not fool myself? Of course, we should not miss the fact that each player is convenient in its own way for each user, but now it is the quality of audio playback that is of interest.

if the audio device supports ASIO / WASAPI (I don’t remember the analogue on the lines) - it’s better to use a player that knows how to use it.
