How to assign specific playback devices to some programs?
There are two playback devices: Speakers (Realtek HD Audio on the motherboard) and Headphones (with its own USB sound card). OS - Windows 8.1
Task: Set a certain application to play sound through the speakers, while everything else is played in the headphones. Such a need is caused by an open chat to communicate with customers, it was great to hear about the incoming question, being not at the computer.
There is no playback device selection in the application (as it is, for example, in Skype or video players). The search for the English network segment gave the indievolume program, but it does not work under win8.1
Is there any solution to this problem?

Is there really no answer?
I tried a crutch solution via Win + R >> mmsys.cpl : set USB headphones as "Default device" + "Default Communication Device", but the program (Multifon from Megafon) still plays through the speakers. Even disabling the built-in sound in devmgmt.msc does not cut off the sound and all my telephone conversations go through the speakers.
(Win 8.0)
