How to automatically receive a call and play sounds?

Given: IP telephony; zoiper softphone.

How can you automatically receive (without the participation of a person at the computer) incoming calls and play certain sounds to your customers?

I already have a pack of preset operator sounds that should play in the order I placed them. How can this be done automatically, please tell me?

For example, it should be like this: a client is calling. The call is accepted. Then the client greets, he is answered by a suitable sound. Then the client asks something, the desired sound is substituted again.

The most important thing is that the sounds do not interrupt the client and a full-fledged telephone conversation is built; so that the player (or whatever) waits until the client expresses his question or proposal in full.
