- there is no understanding of the difference between ERROR and WARING
- the first 2-3 search results for the phrase of the problem did not lead to thoughts,

Most likely you have replaced the PCH chipset, after installing a new chipset, you need to read the BIOS dump on the programmer, clear the ME block, and flash "with clean ME" back.
