Who has worked with hetzner cloud hosting?

Signed up a couple of weeks ago on hetzner for a big project. Today we started working with the team, but received a letter to verify the account. I sent the documents and after a couple of hours I received the message After reviewing your updated customer information, we have decided to deactivate your account because of some concerns we have regarding this information. Therefore, we have canceled all your existing products and orders with us.
What is that supposed to mean? closed the account without even allowing to start working? What could be the reason?
PS: I have an Israeli passport

Probably, only Hetzner technical support will be able to answer this question for you. Who knows exactly what data you provided and what they didn't like about it.
