How to port Debian 5-0-10 to Hetzner CX?

Good day.

The task was to transfer Debian 5.0.10 with billing raised there to the Hetzner virtual CX server.
There is very little experience with Linux.
At the moment, I realized that there are several ways:
- rsync
- dd
- take an image through acronis

I ask for advice from people familiar with the features of the CX series of virtual servers.
