Debian and all its traffic through a proxy to another VPS, is it feasible?

There are 2 VPSs:
One of them runs a VPN server that releases clients to the Internet via forwarding to eth0.

A 3proxy proxy, or rather SOCKS 5, is spinning on the second VPS.

I want ( but I don’t have enough brains ) to send all traffic from eth0 of the first VPS through SOCKS 5 of the second VPS, how can this game be implemented?
