I want to rent a server on hetzner.de, the i7-2600 has a built-in graphics core, can I install a regular desktop windows 10 on it and connect not via rdp, but for example via a teamviewer or any other program, will it run software that requires having a video card?

If you are allowed to install "regular Windows 10" there (or they install it for you) - I don't see any problems with what to connect to there.

It will run exactly the same software that would work on the computer that you have at home, with the same processor, video card, hard drive, etc. In other words, there is no difference between a computer "there" and the same computer "here" as such, except for the fact that you are working with "that" computer - "over the network".
