PTR records on ipv6 hetzner?

Hetzner has a server with one ipv4 and ipv6 subnet, there are several domains, is it possible to register PTR records for ipv6 for each domain without buying additional ipv4, and send mail from them? could there be any problems?

It's strange, but I thought hetzner support had a different address, are you sure you wrote here ;) ??
Also, many hosters generally manage PTR exclusively through support.
