Who configured SNMP-Builder zabbix 3.4 and zabbix 4.0?

Hello everyone
I ran into the issue of setting up monitoring of specific devices.
Given:
Zabbix 4.0 - running configured (a bunch of other hosts)
Hardware with snmp2c support (working, configured) the base template tracks it.
For hardware, there are mibs and documentation on OIDs. I thought snmpwalk and + a tambourine to write a template myself, but somehow it turned out to be hemorrhoids and laborious, since later 100% a similar question will arise again, I decided to look for automation of this process.
I found this thing:

At the time of deployment, I encountered the fact that mana was under the 2nd zabiks, and accordingly tried to adapt everything as much as possible, but still ran into problems. Google didn't help.
Done:
- made all changes in snmp_builder.php
- made all changes in include/menu.inc.php nfr as well
+ made all changes in
jsloader.php
'e.
There are a lot of links to this page in the config, but it’s not clear why I get exactly this action.
I would be very grateful for tips.

I found an attempt to adapt to 3.2: https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-cookbook/50430... I haven't checked the performance yet, maybe it will help.
