Which monitoring system to choose for two small instances?

I welcome everyone!
Recently, I stepped on a rake, thanks to which I lost one of my servers in the cloud for a long time. In order not to repeat stupid mistakes, I decided to install a monitoring system in order to be aware of what is happening on the servers in advance. For tracking, I'm interested in traffic load, the health of several processes, the use of RAM and the number of connected FTP / SSH users.
While the eye fell on monit, but only on its free version.
What do you recommend to choose?

If there is only one server and no expansion is planned, then a good choice, if several servers are planned, then look at one of these: Zabbix, Nagios, Cacti. Personally, I like zabbix.
