There is probably a local Upwork (oDesk) Freelance Mobilizer in your area. This is the person responsible for helping freelancers in all matters, including the design of the profile. I think it can be found through a support request.
On the merits of the question: unfinished is not worth it; put them on github if possible. In a portfolio, less is better.
