Upwork and taxes?
Good afternoon. For the last 3 days, there have been posts and questions about paying VAT on the toaster and on the Habré. But there some legal red tape begins, papers and terms that are incomprehensible to me, and all this applies to an LLC or individual entrepreneur.
But for me, a person without an individual entrepreneur, with the withdrawal of money in rubles to a local bank, what does it concern? Do I need to fill out any documents? And in general, how legal is it to work like that?

since you work in the black completely illegally and, moreover, with complete fawn for the tax and police, the payment of VAT does not apply to you.
Questions about paying VAT
If you systematically receive money for FL, they can show doing business without registration. If you do not pay personal income tax, then also non-payment of taxes. If you pay personal income tax, then the likelihood of getting into the field of view increases even more, although receiving money from abroad attracts attention in itself.
Sergei Goryachev wrote above about the obligation to pay taxes.
I will add that under the current legislation, if there are systematic payments within a certain period (3-6 months, if I am not mistaken) or their volume exceeds 2,250,000.00 rubles in aggregate for the entire time from one source, then this is already a violation of the law about entrepreneurial activity.
But what about upwork, you can’t withdraw to a pioner card and from there to a mastercard or visa, of any of your local banks? There, according to the idea, VAT is taken into account in the transaction itself, or am I misunderstanding something?
