What to do / what else to study with a certain set of knowledge?

Briefly about myself:
I have a higher education in information security. Even from the university, I am familiar with the basics of the functioning of networks, operating systems, programming, information security (threats, pentest tools, protection, etc.). At the same time, and after graduation, I tried to develop on my own, as a result I studied:
Programming (in descending order of knowledge): Python, C #, Delphi (was the main one at the university :)), Matlab, JavaScript, I know the basics of HTML / CSS. I studied Django, but in the end Flask turned out to be more to my liking, here I think to move in this direction if I go to Web development. I also worked quite closely with Selenium in conjunction with Python.
Linux: I can somehow deploy and administer a server with various services (Apache, FTP, SMTP / POP3, iptables, etc.), I understand OpenVPN quite well (I can easily create a network between remote nodes, correct routing, create an anonymization server ), Zabbix, Docker, KVM virtualization.
I also have extensive experience in working with cloud hosters, ordering and configuring services, anonymous payments. I have some idea about SQL/XSS injections, exploitation of vulnerabilities. With all this, practical experience is not enough. I learn quickly and easily if necessary, I have a desire.
Please evaluate this set of knowledge from the point of view of:
1. Independent meaningful activity, preferably with income (what to do?)
2. Freelancing (those offers that I saw on the sites or require a lot of experience and knowledge, as it seemed to me, or technologies that I didn’t even come close to)
3. Job placements (what vacancies are suitable, what you can count on). This is purely for the sake of interest, now there is work, though I do all sorts of garbage, but I will not quit.
4. What else to study, where and in what areas to gain experience, how to fill gaps in skills and knowledge. In general, how, where and why to develop.

Item 3 says that your questions, as well as the desire to "prepare more" is an excuse for inaction in your comfort zone. They will not lead to any changes in your life. When you decide not to waste your life on "any garbage", then these questions will become relevant.

you need to ask yourself fewer questions, but just take it and do it :)
Freelance cures all ailments, in this regard. they will also evaluate and tell you what else needs to be studied

Of course, you do not need freelance with the pumping of the most popular topics there.
you will be involved in freelancing by the same 5%, only your head will be filled with trash frameworks and "the ability to understand someone else's code", and you will be loaded in time. This is not the way if there is a job with a good income.
You, apparently, need to dwell on some kind of information security topic, monitor the vacancies of companies (international) on the topic. From what is useful to study - working with data in conjunction with python is possible (this topic is in demand by itself, without information security). If there is no programming at work, do your own project or join a team.

Database administration is a promising thing, I just have an unnecessary rented VDS, you can put PostgreSQL or Mongo on it and play around with it

meaningful activity, preferably with income (what to do?)

Meaningful activity and income are often (but not always) mutually exclusive.
It's like the famous joke:
Conversation on the bath shelf:
- Ivan Moiseevich, you already somehow decide: either remove the cross from your chest, or put on your underpants.

Drive your skills on job sites - monster/dice/etc and see what else employers want. And as an option - if you are suitable for some position - Try to pay on H1B
