Machine translation from one language to another

I need to translate a page from the database of this one game. Accordingly, many words have a slightly different translation, or there are terms that do not have a translation. I would like to have an add-on that allows you to translate the page strictly according to my dictionary. That is, I added terms to the dictionary, pressed the button, the page was translated, according to this dictionary.
There are only tables with the names of materials on the site - there is no need for any high quality translation, just a substitution of other words.
