Who and for how much can write a cursor control program?
The essence of the program is to exclude the USB mouse. Instead, the cursor will be tied to the movements of the USB webcam. That is, if we move the camera to the right, then the cursor should also move to the right, if to the left, then to the left, if down, then down, etc.
It is also necessary to bind to 4 control points. If the camera does not "see" them, then the cursor remains stationary, even if the camera is in motion.
Here is a video of how the program should move the cursor. We can discuss the shape and size of these dots with you. We can also put an IR filter on the camera, and make the points themselves glow in the IR range so that the camera “sees” only these points.
Who will help?
That 's what the program is for, but I will reveal all the cards only to the person who agrees to help.
According to the program itself - if something is not clear - then I will explain how it should work.

You can look at the " OpenCV " library - there are a lot of features for working with a webcam, and there is some kind of motion tracking.
