There is a painting company, a decent budget, we need a system that allows you to manage all (ideally) projects and tasks in the company, control their deadlines and in general .
It's just that to-do-lists are no longer enough - blockage, tasks are forgotten or done wrong, not completely ...
Tell me good options, please. Just throw in what you recommend for off-line projects.

Essentially:
1) there are projects (paint the office at 1 Lenina Street) with tasks (paint rooms 1 and 2) and subtasks (order green paint for room 2, start painting room 1 on Thursday).
2) but there are tasks that are not related to projects. Such tasks should be both one-time (for example: urgently call a plumber to the toilet, clean up the warehouse) and periodic (extend insurance, pay office rent).
3) and there are letters (e-mail) from customers, partners, suppliers, spammers. You need to be able to answer them in the system (piping) + so that they auto-create tasks (with a reminder to answer the same letter or reassign to another one) ... somehow, in the mind, this is necessary, in general.
+ it is desirable to be able to add something else: other types of tasks and / or auto-created tasks, for example, auto-creation of a task by event (the alarm went off at the warehouse at night - sort it out and report; the employee registration system detected a delay in the morning - sort it out and report).
