Do you need a developer for a site on 1C-Bitrix?

There is a higher management, which has the idea in its mind and in its head that developers are not needed to support stores on 1C-Bitrix, arguing that "there are all simple components, just like everywhere everything is configured in 2 clicks - very simple" - these comrades believe in no-code, with each store having over 10 external integrations.
How to try to convey to such people that without a developer, even editing a regular component can end in a crash, and I met this when the Bitrix tag was converted <p>to FIG when saving, understand what, and the whole storefront lay down.
Maybe someone came across such comrades and somehow managed to convince them of the opposite?

Learn to speak normal boyish, I got the impression that business owners are just like that. This will remove a lot of questions. Just clearly state the risks and costs to them.

You don't have to deliver anything. Do the work within your competence.

Don't do anything. Wait until the absence of a developer brings you problems. Experience is the best way to convince people :)

So tell me: I'm not a Bitrix developer, I can break everything to hell, I can try, but I don't take responsibility. Then work calmly: if it breaks - let it break - you warned.

exit 3
1) to bring down
2) to become a Bitrix developer.
3) score and in which case "this is beyond my competence and job responsibilities. The developer's help is required"
