Colleagues, I am looking for a training course that will help you move from working with chaos in the form of hosted files and working copies to the right dev and production environment, versioning and comfortable collaboration on web projects. Git+Github, CI, etc. And separately - a master class on transferring living projects from chaos to order, which are already many years old and which, so to speak, are far from best practices, but the commercial meaning of rebuilding from scratch is illusory at the moment.

There are no such courses.
Because there is no magic wand, each project +\- is unique in its own way and there is no silver bullet. Look for the pros, pay them - and we'll put you in order.
Alternatively, study the practices and think about how to apply them to yourself.
