We need an acquiring provider with 2D terminals. Banks and / or aggregators, the country does not really matter, the processing currency is bucks, euros or rubles.

The issue was resolved through US banks. In the Russian Federation, banks provide such gateways only privately, while payments are overpriced, 6%+.
