Tell me how to be in this situation:

There is an international version of the site. There is an IP.

The main need: it is necessary to accept international payments, mainly from the CIS countries (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.), and at the same time it is not necessary to show that the site somehow refers to Russia , i.e. when forming a payment + when confirming 3DS (main point) + in the write-off transaction, either dollars or the national currency must be indicated - the main thing is not rubles.

Currently connected:

• Yandex.kassa - for accepting payments in rubles
  
• fondy.ru - when making a payment, you can specify your currency, but when confirming 3DS, rubles are shown - not suitable
  
• A currency (USD) terminal has been opened in cloudpayments - you can only accept payments from cards issued in USD currency, almost no one in the CIS has such cards - a useless thing
  

As far as I understand there are other options:

• paypal - did I understand correctly that it is impossible to pay without a paypal account and you need to register?
  
• paddle.com - I didn’t quite understand in what currency the invoice will be issued and what will be displayed with 3ds, if anyone has experience in connecting, I will be glad to advice.
