Teamwork in foreign freelancing, how to withdraw money correctly?

Hello everyone, my team and I earn about a million rubles by taking orders from foreign customers and this is just the beginning, we want to move forward. We do not conclude contracts with customers, we accept payment through bank transfers - mastercard (sberbank).
The first question is whether it is already worth registering an individual entrepreneur in this case, or is it better to pay the usual income tax. But there is still a problem, because there are two Kazakhs in the team, three from Ukraine, and I myself am in St. Petersburg. If we talk about legal business at all, then we will need to pay taxes to the RK, UA. So we are in a very difficult situation. We remain in the red.
And finally, the most important question is, does the tax authority know about income, now how would I be registered as an individual, and what complications can arise if it goes on like this? Can they wait in this case, and then show me a fine + all the accumulated pennies.
How is the interaction between the bank and the tax authorities generally arranged?
I read similar topics on this forum, but they only raised more questions, I will be very grateful for your answers.
Other people offer to open accounts in foreign countries, so you can shoot in any country as tourists, what do you offer?

I recommend looking at the Estonian e-Residency program . It allows you to open a company in Estonia, you can manage the company completely remotely. The income tax rate is 0%.
You pay your salary and pay income tax in the Russian Federation from it as an individual. face. The rest of the team members open an IP, and you transfer earnings to them in euros from the account of an Estonian company.
- 100 euros - participation in the eResidency program;
- 190 euros - state. company registration fee;
- ~70 euros/month - accounting and legal services address via LeapIn ;
- Once you need to go to Estonia, confirm your identity at the bank;

If customers are from Russia and payment looks like a transfer from an individual to an individual, then up to 600t.r. in a month of tax you are uninteresting. If a million rubles a month arrives at you, then it is better to register, of course. Otherwise, sooner or later you may fall under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on tax evasion on an especially large scale, according to which even a prison is possible.
As for the form of legalization, it seems to me the most realistic thing is that in each country there should be an individual entrepreneur, one main thing - the rest of the contractors. Everyone pays their share of taxes. I am not a specialist in this matter, just the same freelancer who has been working completely “in white” for several years.

With such a turnover, it is already possible to open a startup company in Estonia under the eResidency program =)

if this is a development, then make an IP on PSN in the Russian Federation and you will pay a minimum of taxes

Russia has signed an agreement on the exchange of financial information between countries portnansen.com/10-glavnyh-voprosov-rossiyan-ob-avt...
Now all banks, including European ones, leak information on non-residents to their tax services. Therefore, you will have to draw up everything in white, register either a company or an individual entrepreneur. If you register a company outside of Russia, then you need to notify the tax authority https://www.nalog.ru/rn77/related_activities/accou...
what options. A private person can be charged with illegal business activities and fines or prison.
Partners from other countries must decide for themselves how and what to do, they have their own legislation.

I’ll answer the topic starter’s question in a different way: climbing a Christmas tree without damage is an extremely difficult task. Practically impossible. Even if the damage does not happen immediately, it will be delayed.
As one old post-Soviet wisdom says - "Kroilovo leads to popadalov" :)
