The PC needs to be wired. A dual-band (2.4 and 5GHz) router is a must in an apartment building. I do not advise Xiaomi, I came across two "router 3", they worked strangely. Tp-links more expensive than $30 worked well, I saw one cheap one, it was bad. Mikrotik has an unfriendly interface, but the routers are good.
I used to sit on tp-link. But already several routers have died. Especially when there was a heat of +38, they do not cope at all. Not so long ago I switched to Xiaomi Mi Router 4A. Dual band. 4 antennas. It's in the closet. I would not say that he has a super-powerful signal. In the far corner of the apartment shows 1-2 sticks. Like the cheap tp-link with two antennas before. But overall, it works flawlessly.
Huawei is highly praised. Actually, it is one of the largest manufacturers of communication equipment. I only have a 4g-wifi-modem from them in the country, it works fine.
I have the last 2 and Powerline adapters.
5 gigahertz frankly weakly hit through the walls.
The best option would be a powerful router in the center. Copper to the main consumer (gigabit), and to all other dishes https://www.ozon.ru/product/tochka-dostupa-mikroti...
I have an ASUS TP8A06-07147, but it's not cheap, somewhere on the upper limit of your budget. Powerful, 4 antennas. Penetrates anywhere in the apartment. The area is about the same as yours. I am satisfied with everything, it has been working for 3-4 years.
Minus: 2.4 and 5 GHz are declared, only 2.4 works without problems, apparently, for 5 you still need to dance with a tambourine, but I don’t really need it.
According to the description, the plan of the apartment is complex and one router may not be enough to cover it. In this case,
TP-Link Mesh Deco E4 2 pcs will help. - easy to set up, fast scalability by purchasing additional. access points.
If stability is needed, then Kinetik with multi-wan and connect a second provider
On mikrotik , all this can also be implemented, but knowledge and experience with them are needed.
