Hello. Please advise a VPN with the function of automatic IP change (either the whole or a subnet) on a schedule. GEO - only the Russian Federation is interested.

there are no such ones due to senselessness, but you can find a VPN with a bunch of IPs, although there are few RF there

VPN and RF - things are not quite compatible :)
