Which voip gateway is better for 8 fxs?

Task:
Organize an internal telephone connection (ip telephony is assumed), in the future with an external line.

Initial data:
There are three premises;
From 5 to 7 analog phones in each;
All three rooms have access to the same local network.

Question:
I would like to purchase voip gateways, connect them to asterisk or freepbx distro.
Which voip gateway for 8 fxs is better price\quality? What can you say about used equipment dvg 5008s or cisco spa8000, which seems to be sold a lot?

Replace phones with ip, the junction of analog and ip in telephony is the most problematic place.

I use linksys 8000 (aka tsiska) in conjunction with a bare Asterisk. No problem.

How obligatory are analog phones? Take IP phones right away, get rid of a lot of problems.
You can take inexpensive DECT devices (for example, GIGASET C530A IP), there will be an excellent solution.
If austerity is needed, you can take them used, at least some DECT bases from Gigaset allow you to connect up to 4 of any standard DECT handsets and support up to 2 simultaneous conversations (i.e. you can put 2-4 bases in a room of 8 people and get 4-8 simultaneous conversations).

If, nevertheless, the gateways are Grandstream HT818 or Eltex TAU-8.IP.
