How to create the appearance of a voip call?
Hello.
I have a question for you, dear friends and comrades.
Let's say there is a computer on which there is a sip or voip dialer, I dial the number of my friend / girlfriend and press the call button. At this moment, through the PBX or voip gateway, data is being transmitted up to mn / mg and then let's say to the network of the mobile operator and to the mobile number of a friend / girlfriend. The entire route will not be considered how and through what the communication channel passes. I'm interested in something else.
There are phone numbers that I can call and they will pay me money for it, BUT if I call at the rates of voip operators, then I will have nothing left and may be in the red, since the operator providing paid numbers can charge a huge bill.
An idea came to mind, but how can I create the appearance that the call is going to these phone numbers? Is this possible on a technical level?
Forwarding, spoofing numbers and other delights will not work. What interests me is the possibility of creating a certain flow of calls to a certain number of phone numbers, as if these are calls from real numbers.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Fraud is the theft of someone else's property or the acquisition of the right to someone else's property by deceit or breach of trust.
At the same time, deception is understood as both a conscious distortion of the truth (active deception) and silence about the truth (passive deception).
