What is "to the sound playback server on the speaker" - where does the server have the speaker from? Describe the task initially, what you need to get.
In the implementation, in order to "play the stream", and at the same time that there would be a live person, you can use the conference on asterisk. You need to create a conference where your X-LITE can call and send a call to your "stream server" there, which will broadcast something to the conference.
