Which version of CommerceML should I use?

Which version of CommerceML (2.05-2.09) should be used for a self-written module for uploading goods to a site with 1C Enterprise 8.3 + UT (11.3) and loading orders in 1C. It is understood that uploads / downloads can be from 1s earlier versions.

The main thing is that 1C and the site are on the same version.
