How to "open" backbas.dll from 1C 8.*?

Goodnight!
We all know that there are patches for 1C, no matter how 1C fights with this, they come out regularly, we can say that they are in step with 1C itself.
The question arose, is the licensing protection really so weak and cannot be improved? and by what mechanisms do programmers achieve the goal of hacking a program?
What I know: on most platforms, it is enough to change the backbas.dll library to a pre-patched one and that's it! 1C at your disposal.

@LollyFox

just change the backbas.dll library to a pre-patched one and that's it!

The patched backbas.dll has been burned by the platform for a long time and the program crashes with the error "System integrity violation detected"
