In 1C, there is a "tricky" system: to write files to the storage, it is really enough that the user under which the 1C server is running has access to the storage folder (if the storage is on another computer, then a domain user is more convenient, if the domain is more or less modern, then you can try MSA , if the storage is on the same computer, then there are no problems at all), but to read the downloaded files (apparently, this is irrelevant for you), the user under which the 1C client is running should already have access to the storage folder (tested in practice ).
