How to describe the props "service life" of a 1C report in a setting for a programmer?

Hello!
I am writing a statement for a programmer, describing a document (report). Tell me please!
There is a table (report):
Number of cars: 5
Service life up to 5 years:
Service life from 5 to 10 years:
There is a requisite "Commissioning date" - this is the date from which the car began to be used.
As I understand it, the service life is calculated as: "The year of the formation of the report-the year of commissioning of the facility."
Please tell me how to fill in the description correctly, which will be as clear as possible to the programmer.
Here is my text
The number of objects (BTVT / AT) is displayed, the service life of which is less than 5 years, from the date indicated in the “date of commissioning” field in the “General information” tab of the “Basic information” section of the form until the date the report was generated. The service life is calculated as: "Year of formation of the report - year of commissioning of the facility."
Like this?
The value is obtained automatically from the accumulation register GoodsInWarehouses, measurement Date equal to the first of January of the year following the current one, resource "In Stock" with a "+" sign, service life=Date equal to the year following the current year - the year specified in the Date of commissioning of the repair object

@Andrey052

Everything is in the OS accounting, and the entry date and the end date and the depreciation amount and the cost of the OS, etc., etc.
You wrote such rubbish here, what exactly is required?
