How to integrate a mobile application with a 1C base?

Hello, I’m interested in the issue of connecting to Base 1C, there is a mobile application (cordova), you need it to read the QR code and process the client (discount system), so how can I connect this application with 1C and add discount processing there and display the total amount from given this discount. Well, I think the surest way is to upload some kind of file to FTP.
In 1s, if it is a server one (although now it is a file one), you can do a scheduled scheduled task and, if there is a file, upload it. (cvs, xml or just plain txt)
