I'm applying for a programmer. I settled on two universities:

• Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) :
  

*** Faculty/direction: Applied Mathematics (PM)
OR

• Russian Economic University. Plekhanov :
  

*** Faculty / direction: Mathematical support and administration of information systems (MOAIS)
*** IMPORTANT : The faculty was formed after MESI joined the PRUE Which of these universities is better to enter and why? For reference: USE 2016: R+M+INF=234
