You need to understand that most of them, if you come to them, will offer you to work with Bitrix. In principle, you can start with it. But when you understand the basic principles of working with the web, try to get away from this environment, otherwise you will be stuck in this abyss for a long time away from modern practices (it will be very difficult to move to another area if you want).
You can walk around such "studios" and say that there are practically no skills, ask what you need to read before returning to them again - they will tell you. Some even can take on training from scratch.
But in any case, you should not count on decent pay in the first six months. The main thing is not to get stuck for a long time (more than a year) in the same position with the same salary that you originally agreed on and look for something more useful and better paid. An intern with zero knowledge and a more or less experienced junior with hints of a middle are valued differently.

By the way, if you have at least some skills, do not get fooled by a three-month free internship, which is issued as training. Often beginners go through this, which they then change to others. This is such a way to get free labor for three months. Even with minimal knowledge, work should be paid (albeit not as qualified).

Но ты должен понимать, что тебе сразу ни кто не доверит разработку крутого сайта, основная твоя задача будит бегать за пивом и сигаретами, но при этом внимательно смотреть и слушать, что делают и о чем говорят профи. Через пол года тебя либо выгонят либо начнут доверять примитивную работу. Еще через полгода тебя возможно возьмут в штат, а возможно не возьмут. Разумеется все это время ты будешь работать бесплатно, ну может за условную плату
