Which ticket system is more suitable for an IT support?

I am looking for a ticket system for the first line of IT support. At the moment I have settled on a choice between Kayako and Zendesk, there are certain stereotypes that I would like to clarify. Kayako is originally focused on IT. Zendesk is more focused on customer support and not particularly suitable for IT support. However, Zendesk has extensive integration with other services, Jira, Slack, etc. The question is, how good is Zendesk for IT support, or is it better to use another system?
