A list of approximately various problems:

It's easier not to write a list of all the problems in a row, but really divide them into sections (groups, etc.).
Depending on what questions (on which specific applications) users are asking, you can even distinguish separate subgroups for these applications.
The general list of everything in a row is very confusing.
As an example. list of problem groups:
1) technical problems (monitor / computer did not turn on, printer does not print / paper jammed, etc.)
2) problems with office applications
3) problems with graphic applications (AutoCAD, Compass, photo editing can also be attributed here )
4)... etc. as needed
