Convenient storage for support macros (response templates)?

Good afternoon!
Tell me, please, any programs in which it is possible to store macros (response templates)? The bottom line is - you need a convenient program or extension / application for helpdesk (in particular, zendesk), in which it would be convenient to store user response macros and insert them into the response form using keywords / hot keys.
In terms of form, it would be great to find something similar to Evernote (they, unfortunately, do not have such a function). TypePilot and OrgPilot turned out to be inconvenient in terms of storing / adding new response templates. Zendesk extensions do not have a hotkey binding feature.
Thank you!

Use text autocorrect programs like TextExpander or Punto Switcher (autocorrect is available only in Win version).
If you're on a Mac, then Alfred has Snippets for this purpose.
I have been using similar software in support since 2009. An irreplaceable thing.
They help to quickly write frequently used words / phrases and insert a ready-made answer. For example: the abbreviation “Zd” becomes “Hello,” “pl” becomes “please,” and “demo” becomes a link to a page for scheduling a demo of the service.
In the last abbreviation, two letters "o" are specifically indicated. The word "demo" can be used in the text as an independent one. Therefore, another letter "o" is added so that the program does not work after writing "demo". I myself use this abbreviation option, you will most likely stop at another one.
