Which Helpdesk service to use?

Requirements:
- ideally SAAS, but you can also have your own box;
- multilingualism;
- Must somehow be adequately either embedded in the form on your own site, or on the SAAS side - apply your own design;
- it is desirable to have an intelligent FAQ somewhere;
- number of calls, somewhere around 500-1000 per day;
- adequate cost;
