How to import translation into osTicket 1.10?
Hello, honorable comrades I
installed osTicket 1.10 from the official site, the latest one for today.
I downloaded the Russian translation from there.
Installing cleanly on another server.
The problem with translations, the rest is ok.
Almost all of the admin area has been transferred, there are no questions.
The client part is only half. There is little, in principle, you can fix it with your hands.
But the postal-soap templates didn’t pick up at all :( not one. They themselves are, as far as I remember in the structure of the previous version, they are correct. But I just can’t see them in the system ... There’s a lot to wind up, it takes a very long time to transfer with your hands.

The translation is downloaded from the site as ru.phar (placed in osticket/upload/include/i18n/)
