Which task manager is the safest?

Good day!
A lot has already been said about various project management tools and task trackers. Asana, RedMine, Trello, etc.
All tools have their pros and cons.
But I would like to ask, does anyone know which tracker is the most secure in terms of confidentiality and information security?
Take, for example, some bank, state. a structure or something similar, where there are a lot of tasks and projects, you want to organize them, but, for example, Asana, most likely they will not be allowed to use it, because Now Asana is under Google, and Google is considered a "spy".
Now in the wake of the statement about the "insecurity" of Win 10 and in general about the fragility of storing personal data on the Internet, can someone come across this issue of tracker security?
Or without options - only local local developments will provide the proper level of security?
Thank you!

You know, everything in which there will be at least something not of Russian development - it will definitely spy, any controller in the server will do it with ease, the saddest thing is that even in the IT environment everyone thinks that it is enough to use your own software or some kind of linux to get security. In fact, as long as your system has complex microcircuits not of your production, you get guaranteed data withdrawal. Any hard disk controller, network controller, USB controller, all this can send data and be monitored by no one and nothing. Therefore, it doesn’t really matter what it will be on), but if you really need it there, it’s better to write something for yourself, use some kind of Russian, proven office.

Redmine, Jira, YourTrack can be installed by yourself.

You should not assume that local data is better protected than in the cloud. I know that Pyrus uses a bank with over 8,000 employees on the system and all related tasks/processes are in the cloud. And he is not alone.
