A lightweight project manager that has a full Russian version with a thoughtful / logical / simple interface?

Please tell me the project manager based on important requirements:
1. Possibility of simple guest access to the project, without restrictions on their number (number of guests). At the same time, the guest should immediately get to the project through the link, without registration. View, comment, download everything.
2. Guests are Soviet accountants and sometimes leaders. Very often at a fairly respectable age. They often have ie 6 and a stupor at the sight of drag n grop functionality. I would like that all the tools and buttons were as simple as possible in Russian. Maybe the interface will be a little clumsy, but understandable for this category. It is important that there are not only buttons, but also inscriptions nearby: download, comment, etc. I would like the page to load as quickly as possible, with a white background and a minimum of graphics. And she didn’t demand anything from the guests (neither registration, nor confirmation of the address, and God forbid rights or something else).
3. The page with projects could be brought to a corporate look as much as possible (even if for money): put a logo, remove all unnecessary links based on what and by whom the manager was made.

I watched several large projects: trello, slack, asana, podio, basecamp, google-drive, todoist, github, smartsheet. Sometimes there is no Russian localization, all tools are very overloaded, very difficult guest access, almost always requiring something from the user. Podio seemed the closest, and I'm currently studying its capabilities, but I would like to ask you, your personal experience.

If you want a script for your needs, but don't know where to find it, write it yourself. There are php and mysql for such purposes.
