How to choose a way to integrate a site with Zoho CRM?

Question for developers who have experience in integrating with CRM systems.
The task is to integrate the site with Zoho CRM. It is necessary to make sure that the customer's website is loaded in the Zoho interface. The results of actions on this site were transferred to Zoho and stored in the entity. I went to the Zoho documentation - they have several ways to organize the integration. But I do not want to go the wrong way, so as not to waste precious time. Can anyone advise which is the best way to go?
PS I did the integration on Bitrix24 - I solved the problem there using the Javascript Rest API.
