Which tablet to choose for studying and working with wordpress?

Hello!
Now I'm looking for a tablet for study (abstracts, copy-paste from the Internet, downloading documents from the Internet and cloud drives) and work (photo editing for use on a website, that is, I need an application for minimal editing and compressing images for the web. And working with wordpress )
I wanted an ipad, even boo. But I have a limit of 15 thousand rubles and I can only take a normal ipad3, but there are not flattering reviews about it.
And so, the requirements for the tablet:
1) long battery life
2) dimensions: the display is about 10, the dimensions and weight are not very important, well + - like the iPad 3
3) it is desirable to have a "separate" keyboard, but at the same time with the ability to use just like a tablet with a "built-in" keyboard, like an iPad. But that's not the most important thing
The rest is not fundamentally like ..

If you need to work with files, I would recommend taking an Android tablet.
Any tablet supports a separate keyboard, just buy a bluetooth keyboard and use it when you need it.
Grab some fresh Samsung like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 P5210 as they always make a lot of accessories for them.
I myself am the owner of the iPad 2 and iPad Mini, I am pleased with them like an elephant in terms of convenience in everyday work, but working with files is a bottleneck here.

I took Microsoft Surface Touch Сover 32Gb. In general, I am satisfied with the work and battery capacity.
Included as above is a 32Gb hard drive, the Windows RT operating system (essentially simplified Windows 8) has its own case-stand, and a touch keyboard.
Of course, it supports standard MS Office and other goodies for a small-soft OS.
